Shipping Policy

  • WE WILL ONLY SHIP VERIFIED PAYPALS OR BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT MATCHES.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • If the part is not available within the U.S., we will message you. Parts ordered from Germany and ETA is approximately 7-10 business days however with recent delays, it could take 2-4 weeks for it to arrive before it can be shipped out. 
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • In the event that an order has been identified as a medium/high fraud risk, we reserve the right to request additional information to verify customer identity and address.  Orders without completed validation will not be shipped.
  • There may be discrepancies in the catalog, you will be notified if there is.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • We do not ship tires.
  • We are not an authorized Smart parts distributor, and therefore we do not sell Smart oem parts.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
